Meditation For Kids
Saturday March 8th
9:30am – 4:30pm | Blackwell Elementary
A one-day course for kids to learn the technique of Anapana meditation—the simple observation of natural breath. No prior meditation experience is needed. The practice of Anapana meditation can help with concentration, memory and the ability to stay calmer.
The course includes:
- Indoor and outdoor activities
- Lunch & snack breaks
- Brief guided meditation sessions
Requirements: Open to students ages 8+ years of age
