Thank you for participating in Blackwell PTSA’s 2024-2025 Fall Fundraiser. All funds raised by the PTSA are spent in support of your child, our school and our greater community. Our annual Fall Fundraiser will support programs, events, supplies, improvements and equipment. If you’re curious about details, please refer to our approved budget on the PTSA website.

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED GOAL PER STUDENT?
The suggested fundraising amount per student is $250. However, students are encouraged to set their own fundraising goal to whatever amount they are comfortable with. If your family prefers not to fundraise this year, please sign and return the slip in your student envelope so that your student’s participation can be counted.
All donations to Blackwell PTSA are tax deductible. A donation receipt will be sent to you for your records.
HOW DOES MY STUDEnT PARTICIPATE?
Step 1: Set Up Your Fundraising Page:
Log in to the PTSA website (www.blackwellptsa.org), go to “My Account > My Forms/Paperwork” to access your fundraising page. While there you can set your fundraising goal and personalize the page with your student’s picture and a welcome message.
Step 2: Reach out to Family & Friends!
Parents and students can work together and outreach to friends and family and invite them to make a contribution to the PTSA on behalf of the student. As student reach different milestones there are awesome prizes—not just for them but their class and the school! Including a chance slime Mr. Eaton, classroom donuts party, AND an in-school movie day for the grade level with the highest participation!
PLUS, all student get to participate in the GLOW FUN RUN on November 14th to celebrate their fundraising efforts.
HOW CAN ONE DONATE?
Option 1 – Donate via Credit/Debit Card on your Student’s individual Fundraising Page. Log in to the PTSA website (www.blackwellptsa.org), go to “My Account > My Forms/Paperwork” to access the page.
Option 2 – Donate via the following and send check or cash to school using your student’s fundraising envelope. If sending check, please address to “Elizabeth Blackwell PTSA” and include your student’s full name in the memo section of the check.

Please consider doubling your impact by checking to see if your company MATCHES your donations. While Blackwell PTSA is deeply appreciative of all funds received through corporate matching, as an equity measure, prizes only apply to personal donations.
