Registering for
ParentOrganizer takes a few
minutes in three sections:
General Information,
Family Profiles,
and One-stop Forms. Each
section gathers information
to ensure that you will get
the services you want. This
first page asks some general
questions to get you
started.

Go to
www.parentorganizer.com
from your Internet
Browser.

Click on the icon “Are
you a parent who’d like
to register”
-
On Parent
Registration screen,
complete name, address
and phon
fields.
-
Enter parent’s home
email address (parent
who is registering) into
Primary Email Address
field. (Please note
that there are two
unique password fields
including: Signature
Password and
Access Password. A
Signature password is
used whenever your
signature would be
required).

Check one of or all of
the following email
notification boxes 1)
Daily Reminder emails
2) Weekly Newsletter
emails.

Click on Text Only
circle if you do not
have HTML Format
capability with your
email access.

Enter additional email
addresses if desired,
i.e. parent email
addresses at work.

Scroll down Number of
Family Profiles box
and select number of
family members using the
site. Then click
outside the box to
ensure number chosen
remains fixed. Fill in
corresponding number of
Family Profile
records. The
registering parent must
be listed at the top.
****Make sure you add an
adult member and a child
member so that you will
get all information****.

Press submit button.
You may modify this
general parent profile
at any time.
Step
2 – Individual Family Member
Profile Set-Up
Each family member that you
identified as in your family
must have a profile.
Typically, only one parent
will be the main contact and
list the children. It is not
necessary for both parents
to register. But you can, if
you both want to receive
separate information.
The adult family member
selects PTSA/PTA Information
and outside organizations
only. School profiles
are ONLY selected at the
CHILD profile.
Step 3 One Stop Forms
The purpose of completing
the One Stop Form
information this allows you
to complete forms (field
trip, etc.) easily because
it will automatically fill
in the information from this
source.
This simplifies your form
process – But you must
maintain your information.
When information changes you
must update it.
Click the Submit button.
You are now registered with
ParentOrganizer and can now
see all of your school’s
events and announcements
waiting for you on
ParentOrganizer.com!
