Blackwell Gingerbread House Competition
  Blackwell's Annual Gingerbread House Contest will be held on Friday December 20!    You and your child do not need to be expert decorators or bakers to participate. Kits can be purchased at the store and are easy to complete. You just need candy, frosting, and a little bit of imagination. Just bear in mind that your gingerbread creation must be at least 75% gingerbread.   Every student will have a chance to admire the gingerbread houses and vote for their favorite. Used Book Fair Chair Needed We are currently looking for someone (like YOU) who can help with our always-popular Used Book Fair. Zero experience is needed. In fact, grab a friend and have some fun with this much-appreciated-by-our-students (and families) event!   Here's the skinny on what's involved. Collect used children's books donated by Blackwell students to be sold during the NEXT conference week. Books are collected daily for one week and then categorized by volunteers.
